Next door to Deer Haven is a second two-bedroom, one bath home that was built in 2002. It has a slightly larger living room and bedrooms.
Each bedroom has a queen-size bed with a top quality mattress, full closet, and a dresser for clothing. The bathroom has a pocket door that separates the tub and toilet from a double vanity area.
Enjoy the view out the kitchen sliding door as you prepare meals or snacks in a full-size kitchen. The living room has been furnished with extremely comfortable "Lazy Boy" sofa and chairs, where you can enjoy a good book in front of the gas fireplace or watch the 27-inch color TV with satellite reception, a DVD player, and a VCR.
Step out onto the 8 foot by 34 foot porch where you can relax in one of the four rocking chairs as your dinner cooks on the furnished BBQ grill.
The Rusty Bear has central, heat and air. Dishes, cooking utensils and linens are provided.
